MICHELLE D. SAMANI. An Associate Attorney with ESKRIDGE LAW, Ms. Samani graduated cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Minor in Public Policy.

Ms. Samani attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate degree in 2006. While in law school, Ms. Samani participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, and studied abroad at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China, where she took courses in international bankruptcy and international trade. At Loyola, Ms. Samani interned for the Los Angeles County Office of Independent Review, an agency which conducts oversight of the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department for abuses of force, and also worked as a clinical extern for the Loyola Law School Center for Conflict Resolution, conciliating disputes in a variety of consumer protection cases.

Ms. Samani's great passion for employment law began when she served as a law clerk for two Administrative Judges in the Hearings Unit of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where she evaluated federal employee claims of discrimination, retaliation, and disability accommodation against public sector entities. Prior to joining Eskridge Law, Ms. Samani worked as an Associate at a plaintiff-side civil litigation firm in the San Fernando Valley.

Ms. Samani was admitted to the California State Bar in 2007. She is a member of the California Employment Lawyers' Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
